EVENT PLANNING GUIDE

After the annual Chili Dinner fundraiser had been planned without formal documentation for over 10 years, I saw that the Southwest Fire Department was in need of a resource that could be utilized each year and took the initiative to create an organized, comprehensive event planning guide that included everything they could ever think of. I compiled my knowledge and experience from planning this event for the past two years (2021 and 2022) into a Google spreadsheet, simultaneously using it as I planned the 2023 fundraiser. It includes various timelines, event layouts, resources, templates, recipe instructions, and more! I poured my blood, sweat, and tears into this planning guide, and it is my proudest achievement.
